The Experience

This beautiful home backs to a wooded area and views of the mountains, yet very close to town and directly across from the free shuttle. Enjoy the mountain feel, while sitting in your large private hot tub with great views in the back, or hop on the free shuttle and be downtown or at the resort in minutes. This beautiful mountain home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, as well as the Fraser tubing hills. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort.

The Home

Perfect setting in the Colorado Mountains, with a home that has 6 bedrooms (plus 2 additional sleeping areas for a total of 8 sleeping areas). Sleeps 16-24 (4 king rooms). Also, two separate living areas, and Xbox 360.

This house also offers high end amenities you would expect in a the perfect vacation home: Flat Screen TV’s, with Xbox 360, a gas fireplace, games for everyone to enjoy.

The Layout

The main level features on open floor plan with our kitchen, dining, and family room. The lower level offers an additional family room!

All the bedrooms are very well appoints (with 5 king beds!), Sleeps 16 to 24 people comfortably. The bedroom layout is as follows:
* Main floor King bedroom with private bathroom.
* Top floor King bedroom with shared bath.
* Top floor King bedroom with shared bath.
* Bottom floor King bedroom with private bath.* Bottom floor bunk room with 4 Full Sized bunks (very large and can easily sleep two adults) with shared bath.
* Bottom floor King Bedroom 2 of 2 with shared bath.
Please note we have a max limit of 24 people.

Additionally, there are two sleeping areas with sofa sleepers.
