This home has a get-away-from-it-all feel while still enjoying easy access to the quaint village of Grand Lake where you can enjoy endless attractions. Skiing at Granby Ranch is just 25 miles down the road as well.

After a day of hiking, fishing, boating, skiing, or snowmobiling, this home welcomes you to settle in and savor it all in our private Hot Tub. This home, tucked into its pristine location in the Colorado Rockies, offers breathtaking rugged beauty without sacrificing luxury. The Home

Loaded with luxury amenities, this home is rustic elegance at its best. The kitchen features a full-sized Sub Zero fridge, two dishwashers, a Wolf range, soapstone counters and a large farmhouse sink.

The Layout

At six bedrooms, five bathrooms you’re certain to fill this home with happy memories with friends and family! Featuring two primary suites, the main level primary bedroom has a five-piece bathroom including a jacuzzi and steam room, loft, vaulted ceilings and a private gas fireplace which will keep you cozy on those cold winter nights. The lower level 2nd primary bedroom has a soaking tub with views and double doors that open to your own private patio. Four additional bedrooms come with perks such as six custom bunks, ensuite bathroom, and a large storage closet. The main level primary bedroom has its own loft overlooking the living area, and two main-level side-by-side bedrooms with shared bathroom round out ample room for accommodation of guests. The living area is flooded with natural sunlight and enjoys passive solar heat and jaw-dropping views at every turn. A wood burning fireplace has been converted to gas will welcome you and your loved ones to gather round and share tales of your day’s adventures.
