This beautiful and spacious townhome is the perfect place for your mountain getaway. Located above the town of Fraser, this mountain modern townhome enjoys open views and a quiet location in its small, upscale complex. Three levels of living space, a modern kitchen, charming mountain decor, and a brand new private hot tub, are just a few of the treats in store when you stay at Mountain Terraces 721!

The Home

Make sure to play hard and rest easy in the plush bedrooms with plenty of room to spread out. Come together in the open living space and make sure to check out the sweeping views from the decks! Your next dream vacation home awaits at Mountain Terraces 721.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on the main level, Queen Suite on upper level, Second King Suite on upper level, and Full/Full in lower level Bunk Suite. Plus, a new Queen-sized, self-inflating EZ bed. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage, & two in the driveway.

Location: Above the town of Fraser. Approximately 2 miles from Downtown Winter Park shops and dining. 4 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort (on free winter bus shuttle route).

The Layout

The first bedroom features a spacious king bed, offering guests a comfortable and restful night’s sleep. With plush linens and ample room, it’s a perfect haven to relax in privacy.

The second bedroom also boasts a luxurious king bed, ensuring another spot for restful relaxation. With cozy bedding, this room provides a serene atmosphere for unwinding.

In the third bedroom, you’ll find a cozy queen bed, perfect for couples or individual guests looking for comfort and tranquility.

The fourth bedroom is equipped with two double beds, making it an ideal space for additional guests or family members. The generous layout provides plenty of room for relaxation.

For extra sleeping arrangements, there is a common area with an air mattress available, ensuring large groups are comfortably accommodated during their stay.
