The Experience

Huge 8000 sq. ft Luxury Mountain home with resort views, with 9 bedrooms separated over 3 floors. We also have 2 living areas and a second kitchen in the lower level. Huge game room with pool table and bar area, panoramic views off our large decks. This home is perfect for large family gatherings!

This beautiful home is near the top of a hill in Fraser, giving panoramic mountain and resort views. Enjoy this house in both the summer and winter with activities located throughout Winter Park. This beautiful mountain home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, as well as the Fraser tubing hills. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort.

The Home

This house offers a total of 9 separate sleeping areas and two separate living areas, including a great room with a 65′ LCD HD TV, a recreation room with a 55′ LCD HDTV (and Xbox One) and a pool table and bar.

Walk in to a beautifully updated great room with tile entry and wood burning fireplace with custom copper mantle. Or hang out in the rec room with games, a gas fireplace, and pool table with bar.

Relax in your own private hot tub while enjoying the view, or unwind with a movie on the sectional sofa!

The Layout

The main level offers our kitchen, dining, breakfast table, and family room. The Master bedroom is also on this level and has a king bed along with a 55″ flat screen TV with Roku media stick. The second main level bedroom is a king suite with 50″ TV and roku media stick. Our upper level offers two queen suites, that each have a 40″ TV with roku media stick. Our lower level offers one king suite with 50″ TV, 2 more king bedrooms with 50″ TV’s in each and a shared bath, a queen bedroom and the 3 sets of custom built in queen over queen bunk beds and a shared bath. Each bunk bed does have it’s own light and USB charging port. Additionally the lower level offers another huge family room with a bar, 55″ TV, sectional sofa and pool table. The hot tub is off the lower level family room deck. A second kitchen with dining table is also on the lower level.
