This beautiful home backs to a wooded area and views of the mountains, yet very close to town and the free shuttle. Enjoy the mountain feel, while sitting in your large private hot tub with great views in the back, or hop on the free shuttle and be downtown or at the resort in minutes. This beautiful mountain home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, as well as the Fraser tubing hills. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort.
The Home
Perfect setting in the Colorado Mountains, with a home that has 7 bedrooms (3 Kings Suites) and 5.5 Bath. Also, two separate living areas, and a beautiful back deck area with hot tub.
This house also offers high end amenities you would expect in a the perfect vacation home: 50″ Flat Screen TV’s in both living area’s and all king suites, with Xbox 360, Wii, HD Cable, a wood burning stove and gas fireplace, and games for everyone to enjoy!
The Layout
Our home has 7 Bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms! We have 3 king suites that each have a 50″ TV for your enjoyment. The main level offers 2 king bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite bath and a half bath in the hall. The kitchen, dining, and one family room are also on this level. The upper level offers 2 more king suites, another king bedroom, a bunk room with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds, a sleeper sofa in the family room, and an additional full bath. Our upper level also has an additional family room with large game/poker table. Our lower level offer’s a bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bath. There is also a bonus space with ping pong table on the lower level as well!
