Our home is in the heart of Granby Ranch just minutes from skiing, mountain biking, 3 world class golf courses, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Grand Lake. Our location offers year round activities for the whole family with views from the canyon to the continental divide!

Our home offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps 12 comfortably! We have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a large family meal. Expansive decks let you enjoy the outdoor views and immaculate sunsets!
The Layout
Our main level features our kitchen/dining, main level family room with large TV and fireplace, a half bath, and our master suite.
Our Lower level features a second family room with large TV and fireplace with a hot tub off the deck. This level also offers a second king suite, a 3rd bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin, and a 4th bedroom with a twin over queen bunk and a twin over twin bunk.
