You will love this location as it is off the main (Quick Draw) lift of Granby Ranch Ski Area so you are steps to the main ski run to Granby Ranch.
The Home
Our home offers a total of 5 separate sleeping areas and two separate living areas, including a great room with a 55′ LCD HD TV, a recreation room with a 50′ LCD HDTV in the loft.
Walk in to a beautifully decorated great room with open floor plan to the fully stocked kitchen and dining area!
Our upstairs loft area offers a full size sleeper sofa with TV. Relax in your own private hot tub or enjoy our deck area and BBQ with family!
The Layout
Our main floor offers a living area, kitchen, dining area, a half bath, pantry, mudroom, laundry room and bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed to cook a large family meal! It also includes a two car garage, two covered outdoor spaces and a hot tub!
Our upstairs level offers a king primary bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (twin over twin & full over full). We also have a second family room with a full size sleeper sofa.”
