The Experience

This beautiful ski in/ski out home is located in Granby Ranch. Enjoy a community pool with hot tub and dining options at the resort base, without having to get in a vehicle! This home offers comfort in a premier mountain setting.

Our home is just a lift ride away from downhill skiing, cross country skiing, and other mountain recreational activities. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Granby Ranch Resort.

The Home

Our home offers a serene setting for all to enjoy our mountain escape! With 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 3 family rooms it’s the perfect space for for multifamily groups!

The Layout

The main level offers our kitchen, dining, and main living room with a pass through gas fireplace. This main floor also offers our master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom.

One king bedroom and one bedroom with two twin size beds on the upper level with shared bath. There is also a loft area with TV and sofa in between the two rooms.

Our Lower level features one queen bedroom, one bedroom with full over full bunks and a sleeper sofa in recreation room with a shared bath.

During times not listed below: 2 nights, but 1 night works if midweek or next to another rental.
Ski Season (Dec – mid-April): 4 nights
MLK Weekend: 5 nights
Presidents Weekend: 5 nights
Peak Ski Season: (Late Feb / March / Early April): 5 nights
April: 4 nights first weekend, 3 nights second weekend 2 nights after
Memorial Weekend: 5 nights
Summer (June – August): 5 nights
4th of July: 7 nights
Labor Day Weekend: 5 nights
September: 4 nights
Thanksgiving: 5 nights
Christmas & New Years (mid Dec – early Jan): 5 nights.
