This luxury 4-bedroom mountain home on two levels has an open floor plan, 2 outdoor patios, 2 living areas and a brand new outdoor hot tub. This home is perfect for a large group or family to enjoy everything Grand County has to offer and more. The main level (ground floor) of the home features a living room with gas fireplace, various board games, and a 77” flatscreen TV perfect for movie night after a day on the slopes. The fully-equipped kitchen has a gas range with griddle and large island that seats four. Opposite the island is a spacious dining table that seats ten. There is a powder bathroom right off the main entrance near the stairs, kitchen, and dining area. Also located on the main level is the Owner’s bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, two sinks, and walk-in closet. Sip morning coffee on the East patio or grill up a feast on the Weber BBQ. In the evening, soak your worries away in the hot tub on the North patio, enjoying the stars over the mountain range views.

The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Upstairs is the second primary bedroom with King bed, ensuite two sink bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and bench, and walk-in closet.  Two additional bedrooms on the upper level feature a Queen bed in one room and robust Full over Full bunk set with Full size trundle in another room. These two guest rooms share a hallway bathroom with bathtub, shower, and two sinks. There is also a small loft area with a pull-out Queen sofa and 66” Smart TV.

All bedrooms have blackout shades for improved sleep (especially as the sunshine in Colorado is quite bright) along with white noise machines (in the closet, should you wish to use them). An iron, ironing board, and hair dryers are also provided for your convenience. Per your request, a high chair, pack and play, and baby gates can be provided as well.

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, rice cooker and waffle maker).

Other Amenities:

The Ranch House at Granby Ranch (5 minutes away by car) has a ping-pong table, foosball, and a fitness center with weights, treadmills, etc. Current rates for guests of Fall Line Escape: $10 for a Day Pass per guest (kids 6 and under are free). Simply provide a copy of your reservation with the address showing.
